Pitch Your Ideas

In Energise 2025, introduce a dedicated platform for Informal Sessions, a space designed to encourage participants to share their ideas, research, investigations and strategies with peers and fellow thought leaders. These sessions will bring together groups of 15–20 participants, creating interactive circles where everyone is free to exchange perspectives, discuss challenges, and co-create solutions. The focus is on peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, and open dialogue, allowing participants to gain new insights, build networks, and explore innovative approaches. that may lead to future engagement, partnerships, or breakthrough ideas. The venue is flexible, giving facilitators the freedom to design sessions in ways that best suit their topic, be it through discussions, brainstorming exercises, creative dialogue, storytelling, scenario building, etc. Unlike traditional conference sessions, these interactive discussions will move beyond lecture-style formats to enable deeper engagement.

Individuals keen on facilitating or leading a session are invited to submit their proposals, including the session title, description, facilitator details, and any special requirements. The Energise 2025 organising committee will review the submissions, shortlist the sessions, and notify the selected facilitators accordingly. Selected sessions will be featured as part of the official Energise 2025 agenda, ensuring a vibrant mix of topics aligned with the overarching themes of energy efficiency, decarbonisation, climate resilience, and sustainable development.  Sessions can last up to 60 minutes and must be led by registered Energise 2025 participants. All proposals must be strictly non-commercial.

When preparing your proposal for Energise 2025, we invite you to craft a clear and captivating session title along with a short description (up to 250 words) that brings your focus and objectives to life. Tell us about the lead facilitator, name, organisation, email, and share how your session will spark value for participants. Please inform us of any special requirements in advance to ensure the success of your session.
