Arjun Gupta

Arjun Gupta is a Manager at the Rocky Mountain Institute, where he focuses on decarbonising India’s electricity sector and advancing RMI’s strategy to accelerate the clean energy transition in the country.
With nearly a decade of experience in the cleantech sector, Arjun has worked on deploying off-grid electrification, commercial solar rooftop, and microgrid projects across North America, the Philippines, and India.
He was recognised as one of Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 Sustainability Leaders in 2019 for his contributions to clean technology. Arjun holds a Master’s in Sustainable Energy Technologies from KTH, Stockholm, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with a specialisation in Energy Engineering.
