Meenakshi Shahi

Meenakshi Shahi’s professional journey spans over 25 years across HR, communications, and development, with the last 16 years dedicated to CSRL. Since joining CSRL in 2009, she has worked towards uplifting financially disadvantaged students through education, mentoring, and skill development. She has led the expansion of CSRL from one to 33 centres across India, directly mentoring
thousands of underprivileged students, more than 5000 of whom have secured admissions in IITs, NITs, and other premier institutions. Beyond academics, she has initiated skilling and upskilling programs for youth aged 18–25 in IT, microfinance, services, sustainable product creation, and driving. She has also championed women’s empowerment by creating platforms for women to produce eco-friendly products, thus promoting self-reliance while instilling the dignity of labour.
