Registration Instructions

Step-by-step instructions for registration

  1. Go to the registration portal, including your organisation’s visiting card (for AEEE members) or college identity card detail (for students).
  2. If you do not have a ConfTool account, click on Register new.
  • Enter the requested details.
  • Click on the Data Privacy Agreement.
  • Create your user ID and password.
  • Click Submit.
  1. If you already have an account, log in to the ConfTool using your user ID and password.
  2. You can retrieve your user ID and password through your registered email ID in case you do not remember.
  3. After logging in to the ConfTool, click on “Register for the Energise 2025 Conference”.

There are four steps, which are as follows

Step 1 – Participant Status 

  • Please select the appropriate registration category that applies to you to register.

Step 2 – Event and Item Selection 

  • Please choose your preferred selection. For example, you want to register using the package option or registration and accommodation separately. Also, if you do not want accommodation and want to go with the registration fee only, then click the option of no accommodation.
  • If you need any special assistance in terms of transportation or you have any accessibility issues, please mention in the Remark Tab.

Step 3 – Payment Details 

  • Choose the address that you want to be printed on the invoice.
  • If you are a presenting author, please mention your paper ID in the Reference Tab.
  • Payment method is, by Default, Razorpay Payment Gateway.

Step 4 – Confirm Registration 

  • Please click on the confirm tick box and click on Confirm Purchase.
  • After clicking on Confirm Purchase, you will receive a Proforma Invoice at your registered email address.
  • After clicking on Confirm Purchase, you will land on the payment page. Click on Razorpay, enter your mobile number, and click on the PROCEED.
  • You can select your preferred method of payment from UPI/Card (Debit & Credit)/Internet Banking/Wallet.
  • After payment, the payment will be confirmed at our end within a week, and an Invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email ID.

Who must pay the registration fee?

Every delegate attending the conference must pay the conference fee as per the category defined below. For example, a student must pay the student fee, and an academic or industry person must pay the professional fee. Every delegate presenting a paper at the conference must pay the conference fee for the ‘participant with the paper presentation’. For every accepted paper, at least one of the authors must register and pay the conference fee. The co-author of the paper can pay the “visiting student/visiting participant” fee in case they are attending the conference.

Time Span

  • The participation fees are payable within 7 days of registration.
  • You can change your registration type by contacting info@aeee.in before September 30, 2025.
  • Confirmation of payment will be within a week via email to the primary email ID.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of registration fee requests made after October 20, 2025, will not be accepted.
  • Accommodation cancellation would lead to a 50% deduction of the booking amount if cancelled before September 30, 2025. After September 30, 2025, no cancellation request will be considered.
Once the payment is confirmed post-registration, the final invoice will be issued and emailed to your registered address. If you encounter any technical issues, please contact info@aeee.in

Terms and Conditions

  • The registration charges for the conference cover a maximum of 2 paper presentations per ‘presenting author’.
  • If a single participant opts for the ‘double sharing’ accommodation option, a same-gender roommate will be assigned by the organisers. Please note that personal roommate preferences cannot be accommodated.
