Suruchi Kulkarni is a management professional with over 18 years of experience in the Indian power sector, having worked across a wide range of stakeholders in the energy value chain. She currently leads Business Development for Bidgely Inc. in India — a U.S.-based UtilityAI company driving energy efficiency and clean energy transformation through data-driven insights.

At Bidgely, Suruchi has been instrumental in advancing India’s AI- and ML-driven approach to grid modernisation, leading analytics initiatives in theft detection, revenue assurance, and demand-side management. Her work bridges innovation and impact, enabling utilities to provide reliable, consumer-focused, and digitally enabled energy services.

Before joining Bidgely, she successfully led her family-owned transformer manufacturing enterprise, Kapco, collaborating with electricity boards across India for over 15 years.
